  • 4 tbsp. Miso & Easy
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted cashew nuts

Directions

  • 01 Whisk Miso & Easy with plain yogurt and vinegar.
  • 02 Toss the vegetables with the dressing.
  • 03 Top with chopped roasted cashew nuts.
