Grilled French Bread with Miso & Easy Spread

GRILLED FRENCH BREAD WITH MISO & EASY SPREAD

Better Than Bruschetta

  • Try Marukome’s miso version of bruschetta for a burst of umami in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Miso & Easy
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ c. butter, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. pesto sauce
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut in half, lengthwise chopped tomatoes for garnish

Directions

  • 01 Mix cream cheese and butter to soften in a small bowl. Add Miso & Easy and pesto sauce and mix well. Set aside.
  • 02 Heat a grill pan (or BBQ grill) and toast French bread, cut side down, until golden brown.
  • 03 Slice toasted bread into 2″ lengths. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly. Top with chopped tomatoes.
