Miso Apple Feta Salad

MISO APPLE FETA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Miso & Easy Vegetarian
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 10 oz. kale
  • 4 oz. chickpeas
  • 2 oz. feta cheese

Directions

  • 01 Mix your favorite flavor of Miso & Easy Vegetarian concentrate with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mustard. Stir with a whisk until fully emulsified.
  • 02 Dice apple and create salad using the remaining ingredients.
  • 03 Add dressing to salad and enjoy.
