This quick and easy ramen recipe is perfect for those who are hungry. This shelf-stable miso features garlic and ginger powder, enhancing the flavor of the ramen.

Miso Ramen Ingredients

  • 200g Ramen Noodle
  • 100g Pork (sliced or minced)
  • 1 Boiled Egg
  • 100g Bean Sprouts
  • 30g Green Onion
  • 100g Bamboo Shoots
  • 50g Corn
  • 1tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Properly Salt
  • Properly Pepper

Ramen Soup Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Marukome Miso
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Soup Broth
  • 800ml Water
  • 1tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Properly Salt
  • Properly Pepper

Directions

  • 01 Heat the sesame oil in a pan and cook pork and bean sprouts with salt and pepper.
  • 02 Put all the ingredients for Ramen Soup and warm it in a pot.
  • 03 Boil ramen in another pot.
  • 04 Place the soup and ramen in a bowl with [1] and other ingredients on the top.
