1. Booking
Once you request a reservation, we will allocate resources for the special tour and send you a confirmation email. This is your confirmation of booking. It should be saved for your reference.
You accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
We accept no responsibility for incorrect emails or inability to deliver emails. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, you must contact us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you requested.
All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.
It is your own responsibility to check the accuracy of dates and activities booked upon receipt of their booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time if the safety or quality is judged to be compromised. In case of cancellation, we will call you or email you.
TOUR GUIDELINES
Please read through these guidelines before taking your tour.
General
• Wheelchair accessible but not provided.
• No pets allowed unless they are an assistance dog.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the factory.
Safety
• Please listen to your tour guide at all times. In the case of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by your tour guide. If someone feels sick or has been injured at any time during the tour, please notify your tour guide immediately.
Arrival / Registration
• If you arrive by car(s) please park in the parking lot on the right.
For your safety, we kindly ask for you to use the sidewalks available when walking to the showroom.
• Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow enough time to check-in.
Tour
• Miso and Koji dishes will be sampled during the tour. However, please notify your tour guide if you have any dietary restrictions.
(Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies when you make your reservation.)
• If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible.
