Simply marinate vegetables with a miso sauce in a sandwich bag!

Ingredients

(For one sandwich bag about 6” square)

  • 3 tbsp Miso & Easy
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

[Vegetables]

A

  • 4 radishes
  • 5 grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 carrot

B

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/3 celery

C

  • 4 baby corn
  • 3 asparagus

Directions

  • 01 Add miso marinade sauce ingredients to sandwich bag and mix well.
  • 02Add vegetables cut into bite-size pieces. For small tomatoes, poke a few holes with a toothpick.
  • 03You can eat it if you keep it in the fridge at least overnight.
